We had a great week looking after our mental health. The week was kick started by a night off homework where children had the opportunity to spend some quality time with their families. In school children completed the half mile walk, had nurture in five mediation sessions, took part in mindful art lessons, listened to music, read our favourite books and discussed ways we can transform our uncomfortable feelings to comfortable feelings.
